Sustainability Aspects: Re-use of products you come across in your live.

The Story

Chest of drawers

Tejo Remy designed a series of three products made of materials and products he came across in his live. It exists of a chest of drawers made of old and used drawers, a chair made of rags, which can even be made on order of you own rags so that it adds to you memories and a lamp made of milk bottles. It is a nice example of how to re-use products within other context than the original use.

All made it to permanent collections of museums like Museo do Design ( Lisbon, Portugal), Museum of Modern Art (New York, USA), San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (San Franciso, USA), Neue Pinakothek Die Neue Sammlung – The International Design Museum (Munich, Germany), Stedelijk Museum (Amsterdam, The Netherlands)
